It's a real bummer when you expect to double but the doubler button doesn't load because an ad is not downloaded. If you plan to double your score by playing an ad, before you play a track go to the Chests section of the Shop and ensure the "Free" (ad) chest is enabled and ready to be tapped (but don't tap it!). While there might as well tap the first 1000 coin prize as it's free!Įnsure the score-doubler is loaded via the free-ad chest.
You may like to enter as early as possible on the first day so you'll be free to play early on in subsequent days. If you enter at 8am the first day, tickets will replenish at 8am for each subsequent day. Tickets refill starting 24 hours after you enter the event. By that standard even the most mediocre player can get all those chests paying a fraction of those gems in ticket refills. If you look in the shop you'll find that the Rare, Epic, & Legendary chests cost 200, 400, & 2000 gems respectively. The prizes can vary, but always include several chests. Thought I'd write down some things that might be helpful to know for Hill Climb Racing 2 special events.
